Our authentic, old world European flavors can be accredited to our master sausage maker, Josef Brunner. Josef is a native of Austria, where sausage making is considered an art form. We choose to carry that tradition on; creating each and every gourmet sausage with handmade care. We don’t do mass production.
We don’t do artificial either. None of products contain MSG and we use real ingredients: real fruits, real vegetables and we smoke our products using natural hardwood. We’re proud to say that we do it the same way it has been done for hundreds of years.
