Hartmann’s Old World Sausage offers you the finest assortment of gourmet sausages available. Our authentic European taste can be accredited to our master sausage maker, Josef Brunner. Josef is a native of Austria, where sausage making is considered an art form. We choose to carry that tradition on; creating each and every sausage with handmade care. We don’t do mass production.
We don’t do artificial either. You’ll never see a Hartmann’s label that you can’t understand, because we don’t use any additives, fillers, or MSG. This practice also applies to our seasonings. We prefer to season our old world products naturally, the same way it has been done for hundreds of years. No artificial spices or ingredients, no artificial smoke.
We know we’re a little bit picky, but we’re partial to our customers. In fact, we think that they’re the best.
