Q: What shipping service do you utilize?
The majority of our orders are sent out via USPS Priority Mail. However, we may occasionally employ another shipping service if it allows us to expedite your order. Q: How do you package your meat?
All of our products are vacuum sealed and packaged in a reusable, biodegradable, corrugated box with an insulated liner. Frozen gel packs are then inserted in each box to ensure that the ideal temperature is maintained.
Q: How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within two days. However, certain products are made to order and may require more time. If your order is not immediately available we will contact you as soon as possible. If you prefer not to wait for delayed orders, we are happy to suggest a comparable alternative or ship your order without the missing item.
Q: What happens if I place an order over the weekend?
We know that you expect the best when you order a Hartmann’s gourmet sausage, and we want to make sure you get it. That’s why orders received after 11:00 a.m. on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. We refuse to let your order be compromised by slow, weekend shipping, not when you’re expecting Hartmann’s quality.
Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. However, we can’t ship to either state directly through the website. Call us at 1-800-373-6476 and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping estimate.
