Double Hickory Smoked Bacon (Thin Sliced)
You'll find this bacon to be exceptionally flavorful because we take the time to double smoke it over hickory wood and season it with just a touch of sugar.
There are approximately 12-14 slices in each 1/2 lb. package of thinly sliced Double Hickory Smoked Bacon.
Double Hickory Smoked Bacon (Thick Sliced)
You'll find this bacon to be exceptionally flavorful because we take the time to double smoke it over hickory wood and season it with just a touch of sugar.
There are approximately 5-7 slices in each 1/2 lb. package of the thick sliced Double Hickory Smoked Bacon.
Whole Canadian Bacon
Our Canadian Bacon comes from the center of a pork loin, making it a fairly lean cut of meat. This portion of Canadian Bacon is a whole cut, ideal if you like to slice your own meat. When cut thick like this our Canadian Bacon is great home-sliced and served as a dinner portion or cubed and used in a soup or pasta dish.
Each whole portion is approximately 1/2 lb.
Sliced Canadian Bacon
The pre-sliced Canadian Bacon comes from the center of a pork loin, making it leaner than traditional bacon. When sliced thin like this cut, it's wonderful pan fried and served with breakfast.
